We aim to ship orders within one week of receiving your order, or within one week of receiving payment, whichever is later. For shipments outside of the United States, additional fees apply. No refunds are issued for a delay in mailing or receiving products.
If expedited, guaranteed, or tracked shipping is required, we will also aim to meet all customer and client needs wherever possible, for related fees. If you require expedited order processing and shipping, please make a note on your order. We do not issue refunds, but will replace any defective products, which are returned to Changeworx within one month of receipt by a customer or client. If you have received a defective product, please write to Jonathan directly at jgl (at) changeworx.com. If a product is lost or broken after one month, the same institution will be allowed to re-purchase at 50% of the list price, plus shipping & handling.
Yes! If buying online is not possible for your organization, or if it’s preferable to purchase another way, Changeworx is happy to accommodate your needs. If you wish to buy via a Purchase Order, please provide your PO number and contact information for someone specific in your accounting department (or in the appropriate office).
In rare circumstances, we may offer discounts to organizations that can’t afford to buy a film. In most cases, we will discuss other potential options such as a single-screening fee or rental. We can also occasionally offer additional benefits in some cases, such as a Q&A with a filmmaker via Skype, that may make it easier for your organization to allocate funds for a DVD purchase at the list price.
